Desfile de Halloween

According to the English/ Spanish translator on Google the title of my post is Halloween Parade. I am relying completely on Google since I have no clue how to say parade in Spanish. Payton had her big Halloween Parade today at her new school. My mom said the school went all out and all the kids were cute as could be. I have to put a disclaimer before I post pictures of the parade. Yes, Payton is wearing the same Halloween costume she wore last year to school. Yes, we did purchase Payton a new costume for this year. However, her costume this year has a lot of white in it. Therefore, I didn't want her costume to get dirty/stained prior to the big night out of trick-or-treating. Additionally, I paid a small fortune for the costume so we might as well get our moneys worth from it. It is also a new school so technically this costume is new to all the people seeing it. The funny thing is that all of the costume still fits her except for the hat. It is a little snug.

All the parents/ grandparents lined up on the outside and the kids came by with their bags to fill with candy. My mom was sitting next to this other lady whose son is in the two year old class. Everyday when she picks him up from school she will ask him what he learned in school. His response, "I don't know. They speak Spanish." Priceless.
