Winnie-the-Pooh

This weekend the whole family went to Winnie-the-Pooh at Casa Manana.  Don't tell anyone, but Winnie the Pooh was/is Derek's favorite childhood book.  He is a big fan of Tigger.  I really enjoyed this play.  The actor that played Pooh was awesome.  On the way home, Payton and I figured out that she has been to more plays than movies.  Also, I think next year I am going to go ahead and buy the Children's Season Tickets play pass.  The next play up is Dr. Seuss Jr.  We are debating on going to that one.  Payton hasn't really decided yet if she wants to go.

Of course, Casa Manana had all sorts of accessories to purchase at the play.  Payton selected the Eeyore ears and tail.

I am glad we decided to go because this weekend the weather was chilly.  I know it won't be long before it is too hot to play outside; however, being cooped up all weekend makes everyone go stir crazy.  I also have to brag and say that Payton was so well behaved.  At every play we have been to she has been a trooper.  Granted all the plays, even Mary Poppins in New York, that we have taken Payton to have been geared for kids.  I am so glad that she actually enjoys going and can sit still long enough to actually enjoy the play.
