Sickness

We are going on week two of the sickness. It all started last week when Payton's nose started running non-stop. I figured it was allergies since she wasn't running a fever. However, by Thursday she developed a cough........... so we were off to the doctor. A DOUBLE ear infection. It should be noted that her tubes (second set) fell out approximately a month ago. So she received antibiotics, cough medicine and a breathing mask. Then on Monday I woke up and my throat was killing me. However, I had a deposition to take that day, so I put on a brave face and went to work. Half way through the deposition, I got the worst headache of my life and hot flashes. It was not fun. After the deposition, I went home and slept.

Now Payton is all better. She still has the running nose, but you can tell the medicine is helping. However, I have taken a turn for the worse. Although, I feel better all snot has broken loose. I am literally sitting in my office with Kleenex up my nose. I have one thing I have to get filed today then it is off to bed.
