The weekend started off on Friday morning when I still felt horrible. I know that I can have a flare for being a little over the top, but I seriously felt bad. I came into work because I was waiting on an affidavit to file a motion that day. The affidavit came in at 11:20 and I was home by 11:40. However, prior to that I thought I would go by the doctor. It was the weekend, and Granny, Pops and Addison were heading our way. I thought I had a sinus infection or may be an upper respiratory infection. When I went to the doctor, he said he wanted to test me for strep throat. I don't think I have ever had that, and I was a little surprised because my throat did not hurt. I just had a massive headache and stuffy head. Well the test came back, and guess what?? I was positive for strep throat. I got a lovely shot and some powerful antibiotics. I am just now starting to feel better. Although the shot and medicine did start to work its magic by Saturday, I was still dead tired. Also, I have a lovely scab on that part of your nose between my nostrils from wiping my nose non-stop for an entire week. Just thought I would share.
Now to the fun stuff............ Like I said, Granny, Pops and Addison all came up for the weekend. Granny had made Payton some curtains so they came to hang them up and to play. Addison and Payton were a hoot together. Seriously, I know having a second child would be a ton of work, but to have a built in playmate may be worth it. Payton and Addison just entertained each other the entire weekend. Granny also bought them some matching jammies.
Pretty cute, if I say so myself.

So glad you're feeling better. I was afraid you might have the flu. I've heard of some confirmed cases.
Those pjs are super cute! I've been on the hunt for some cute holiday ones for M and have not been excited yet. Love those!
