I need to give you a little background into the outfit. It all started when I mentioned to Mema that Payton wanted some pink boots. So, like any good Mema, pink boots were found and given to Payton. Then Mema decided that she need an entire outfit to go with the pink boots. Therefore, about a month later, Mema arrived with Wranglers (size 18 months that are huge on Payton, who is over two). Luckily, the Wranglers had that adjustable waistband that I snitched up as tight as I could this morning. Mema also came bearing a pink Wrangler matching top. My mom went out on Tuesday and got the pink hat to top of the look.

What do you think? Pretty cute, right?

You can totally tell that the pants are a little big, but I think Payton pulls off the whole Cowgirl look pretty well.

Payton at school this morning.

I can't wait to hear about her day today. All she could talk about was the horses that were coming to school.
On a separate note, Miss Payton will not take her medicine. I have tried everything. Mixing it with stuff, sitting on her to force it down and last, but not least, flat out begging/ bribing. Did any of it work? NO. Therefore, we have to go back to the doctor for shots. I even explained this to her, and she said she wanted a shot and not the "groodie" medicine. I am hoping against hope that when we go today the ear infection is either cleared up or maybe we can try a different antibiotic. If not, then we have to go three days in a row (yes, even Saturday) for her to get a shot.

Oh my gosh! So cute. In the second from the bottom picture, I think of Payton saying "Heck yeah I'm rocking my pink cowgirl outfit! What's wrong with the rest of you?" Because it looks like the other kids in the background are not having nearly as excited. :)
