Pasta, Pigtails & A Party

We had a busy weekend last weekend. We were invited to a very important Birthday Party. Cooper turned four!!! I can hardly believe that he is four. He is growing up so fast. Speaking of growing up, we have recently been putting Payton's hair in pigtails. It makes her look so grown. Here she is at the end of the day opening some of her Easter presents from Mema. (trust me her pigtails looked better in the morning).



Here she is enjoying her evening pasta. She just looks so big to me, even if she is covered in pasta.








Here are the cousins right before the big party started. The weather was PERFECT and a great day to celebrate outside.



I cannot convey to you how much she loved this slide. She kept wanting to go down it over and over again. Daddy, Mommy, Grandpat and Pa Pa all had to take turns going up the fort with her and then down the slide. Miss Payton was a hoot. She thought she was just as big as the other kiddos and would try to climb up the side of the fort and play. She was also in her element because she was outside all afternoon.





Cooper's party was a fort party with a live petting zoo. Payton kept saying "neigh, neigh" every time she saw the pony. However, when we tried to put her on the pony for a ride she flipped out.

I really don't know who was more exhausted after the party, Payton or me. She passed out on the car ride home and I passed out as soon as we got home. Next weekend is the big Easter egg hunt. I know Payton will have a blast.
