Okay, first of all there will be no pictures for this post because I forgot to bring my camera. Sorry...... However, I did want to tell everyone that I am officially getting my butt kicked by a 7 1/2 month old. Little Miss Payton is strong and loves to "play" with Mommy. This would include, using my hair as reins when she stands up. This is just a little bit painful, and she always comes away with a fistful of hair. Ouch!!
Then there is the pinching game. This is where she lays on Mommy and pinches my face and that little piece of skin over my collar bone. I also have little claw marks on my face, and, yes, I trim her nails all the time. Double ouch!!!
Every now and then, Payton decides to head butt me. However, this is painful for both of us and I quickly forget my pain to soothe her.
Last but not least, Miss Payton has one tooth. One very sharp tooth. She is into biting with this one tooth. She has gotten my chin, cheek, shoulder and knee. She has also taken a bite out of something else, which I will not say, but it made Mommy scream out in pain and actually cry. I can honestly say that the one incident I am referring to was more painful than childbirth because at least with childbirth I was expecting pain and I had lots of drugs.
Despite the foregoing, my little girl is still my heart and I love her more and more each day.
