Friends in High Places

If Payton is gong to be the future President of the United States (of course this is after she is a professional ballerina, brain surgeon and discovers the cure for cancer) then she needs to start her networking now.

Here is Payton waiting her turn to speak with Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson who will soon be the Governor of this this fine State. You can tell she is thinking really hard about what important question she is going to as the Senator.



In the end, Payton and Kay (as we call her now because her and Ms. Payton are such good friends) had an indepth discussion about Payton's shoes.



Payton was really more interested in trying to take off her shoes than meeting the Senator. However, all and all Senator Hutchison was a really warm and nice person to meet. She even commended on how cute Ms. Payton was with her little curl.
