Yesterday, our little girl turned one month old. I can't believe that she has been in our lives for only a month. Here are all the things Payton has experienced (and we have learned) in her first month of life:
1) She has gone through at least 216 diapers; (I know because after week 1 we bought a box of 216 diapers and I just had to purchase a new box)
2) Daisy licking her feet;
3) One diaper malfunction; (note to self--turn on some sort of lighting during a middle of the night diaper change or you may feel warm liquid running down your side later on in the night)
4) She loves to be held;
5) The only way she will fall asleep is if you hold her;
6) She loves to eat.................
7) Lots of hugs and kisses.
She also had her one month check-up today. She weighed in at 7 pounds and 15 ounces. She has gained a pound and an ounce in two weeks. Did I mention she loves to eat?????
