The Final Countdown

Well, the nurse called me today at exactly 9:00 a.m. this morning to tell me that Derek and I are to report to the hospital at 6:00 a.m. on December 23rd to get things started. That is only 14 days away...........

I can't believe it. Some people have asked this question so I would like to clarify. Derek and I are not going in for a planned C-Section. Hopefully, we will be able to avoid that because the recovery time is longer, and I would like to avoid any type of surgery if at all possible.

I still have my regular doctor's appointment on Monday the 15th, and who knows....... may be Payton's not much of a planner and she may decide to arrive sooner.
