Nesting

I have read in all the books that I am supposed to be entering the nesting phase of my pregnancy. I will be the first to admit that I am not feeling any nesting urges; however, Derek has started to nest for the both of us. It started last night when I made the comment that I was over 8 months pregnant. I guess that freaked him out because he started to say I can't be that far along because he is not prepared. He told me he still hasn't read all the books on what he is supposed to do and he needs time to prepare. Then today at work I received an email with 20 questions regarding the status of the nursery, the car seat, what we will need to get before Payton arrives.

I have to admit, I think it is adorable that Derek is so concerned that everything is perfect for Payton and he wants to be prepared. Although, I really don't know how you fully prepare yourself for the arrival of a newborn.
